SEASON ONE
101- Pilot, 'Movin Out' Dan Mitzelman, a mild-mannered student, tries to cope with the fact that his entire family is crazy, so, he moves out, and moves into the school auditorium.
102- 'Two Guys, a Girl, Some Dark Chocolate and a Mexican' After Chad keels over from a piece of dark chocolate, Dan tries to hide him from Jan. Meanwhile, The Mitzelman's new gardener is scared off by Joe, mistaking the Mexican Gardener for a 'Charlie.'
103- 'The New New Odd Couple' After Joe and Virginia have a fight, Joe moves in with his old Viet-nam buddy... CHAD! meanwhile, Dan takes a political quiz, and thinks he's a communist.
104- 'Plagiarism' The cast parodies movies from 'West Side Story' to 'Pulp Fiction' in an episode that makes absolutely no sense!
105- 'There's a Fine Line Between Love an Ignoance' Nicholai and Dan both have a date. And it's with... the same girl? Sound crazy? well thats what happens when the writer of this episode is the one, the only, Erik Libonati!
106- 'Dan of The Lost' Nicholai finally gets a job at a resturant and invites the gang for a delicious meal. Dan goes for a hike and gets lost! At the resturant, Joe and Virginia finally make-up, and decide to get back together.
107- 'Mitzelman Family Vacation' To celebrate Joe and Virginia's 'un'falling out, Joe decides to take the family to Las Vegas for an awesome vacation, and Dan gets Jan to house sit.
108- 'Ben-Addiction' Jan has a weird addiction to Ben Affleck and Ben Stiller, and Dan takes her to the doctor. Virginia gets a job at a grocery store, and Joe won't get out of the bathroom!
109- 'A Dan Grows in Brooklyn' In order to get a new Winter coat, Jack takes Dan to Brooklyn. Virginia has to go to jury duty, and Joe goes to a Viet-nam veteran's meeting at the library.
110- 'Nut House Rock' When Joe tackles an Asian man at the grocery store, he is admitted to an Insane Asylum where we see the first musical number of the series. Nicholai meets a girl (Brooke) and is head over heels. At the end of the episode, Joe's long-lost daughter shows up at the door.
111- 'Like Father Like Daughter' When Joe's long-lost daughter (Jenny) shows up, Joe confesses that he visited a sperm bank when he was down on his luck in Vegas 15 years ago, and gets lost on a walk. Nicholai and Brooke get closer, while Dan and Jan learn about Jenny.
112- 'When Joe Met Virginia...' In a stupid move, Nicholai reveals a dark secret to Brooke, which in turn breaks them up. Dan wants to know how his parents met, so in a foolish move, he asks them and we get this piece of crap. Also, Jenny is not who she says she is, and is no longer in the show!
113- 'Fan Mail' Dan and Jack read 'mail' from 'fans' of the show, and spawn some shorts as: 'Gayin' up the Mitz,' 'Amnesia Nicholai,' and 'Secret Agent Dan,' In the season finale!
SEASON TWO
201- 'Teaching's a Buzz!' Dan gets the call to be a teacher from the good people at Richard Nixon Memorial High School, but he soon finds out he'll be teaching remedial sex ed in summer school! Nicholai gets electricuted while trying to steal cable tv, and gets reincarnated as a fish, all at the hands of Jack, but is soon brought back to life by the amn himslef, G-O-D! And Joe goes crazy... again.
202- 'Go Betty Go... Crazy?' Dan meets Jan's crazy insane grandma, Betty, who calls Dan weird names like Feel Good Ronny. Virginia's kitchen explodes when she tries to cook dinner in the oven for the first time since Thanksgiving '97. Meanwhile, Nicholai is called on to make a speech at the graduating GED class of 2005.
203- 'The Convicted Wedding' Virginia's sister is getting married, and the whole gang is invited, even Nicholai and his new 'beyond middle-aged' girlfriend, Gloria! Dan goes suit shopping for this fine event, and Virginia goes crazy at the ceremony... why? Well... lets just say the husband is 'too kosher.' Nicholai also finds out why Gloria made 'a guest appearance' on COPS.
204- 'The Big Game Bet' Dan and Jan have a bet on the big game. Which big game? We don't know. Nicholai steals Virginia's carborator for a top secret project he's working on with Jack, which leads Virginia to look for a new one. Joe realizes he has a problem, and confines himself to his bed!
